Portrait Architecture is a friendly, approachable and creative studio based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. 

 

The studio is led by David Hall, an RIBA qualified Architect, with over 25 years experience across the residential, student, commercial and hospitality sectors in the UK and beyond.

David studied at the Manchester School of Architecture before working at a series of award winning architecture practices in Leeds, London, Dubai and Australia.  

 

David moved back to the UK in 2008 and joined Fuse Studios in Leeds as an Associate responsible for the design and delivery of a number of residential, commercial, student and hospitality schemes.

 

His long standing ambition of running his own practice was finally realised in early 2023 when he formed Portrait Architecture Limited.

 

Known for his calm yet driven approach to any challenge, David ensures clients receive a solution which is imaginative and creative,  yet practical and within budget.
